Businesses or personal donations to public schools are regard as donation to the government. Inclusion of donation receipt in the year’s tax fee and deduction, deductions of any amount can be made in the income tax. However such tax savings are restricted to the year the donation was made. If estate or gift tax is involved, the donation will not be included in the final amount of the estate or gift, thus saving taxing from the estate or gift at any amount.
