課程綱要	In this short presentation, I will provide an overview of 2D transition metal dichalcogenides semiconductors, their electronic properties, and their roles in the miniaturization of transistor technology and then list some challenges that need to be resolved before we can realize 2D semiconductors in practical applications on large scale.
