本課程旨在介紹基本電磁理論,內容先介紹向量分析,以利數學基本觀念的建構,之後是以靜電學與靜磁學為主,探討電荷及電流所引發的電場及磁場效應,進而引入麥克斯威爾理論,說明空間中時變電磁場,以及在空間中傳播的電磁波與簡單的天線應用。
