「運輸業之道路交通安全管理」,由交通大學張新立教授講授,「安全」為運輸業之核心價值,當安全出現問題時所帶來的成本除了硬體的損失外,更可能造成員工士氣低落、顧客信心低迷與商譽受損等等更大的傷害。老師上課講解了如何透過安全管理系統,來提高運輸安全的表現,亦講述了建立安全系統的步驟,希望大家帶給乘客更安全的乘車環境。
